The training experience with Dave forced us to have deeper conversations, answer hard questions, and really align on how we wanted to approach camper support as a leadership team.
Camp Sizanani does a lot of trainings and many of these are not evaluated at length post training. Being able to evaluate a training and compare it with the positive obvious changes you see in those that participated is incredible. Even more incredible was to not only seeing staff feeling much more confident in dealing with matters from skills they acquired from the training but having them express how confident they felt in handling these matters.

Hello, I’m Dave Brown, founder of Fence Post Learning. With over 20 years of experience working with kids and young adults in summer camps, schools, and behavioral programs, I believe helping kids grow is incredibly rewarding, especially as youth mental health challenges have increased in recent years.
